No. Mobile Vet Referral works through veterinary practices, so your primary vet should discuss and arrange the referral.
Where will the appointment take place?
Most appointments take place at a selected local host clinic. A mobile visit to the referring practice may be considered for suitable cases, subject to the service, facilities and availability.
What information should a practice send?
Please include the clinical question, relevant history, current medication, laboratory results and previous imaging or reports.
Is this an emergency service?
No. Urgent or unstable patients should follow the referring practice’s emergency pathway. Contact us to discuss whether a stable case is suitable.
